Refunds & Replacements
If you experience an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item, we offer the following options:
- Refund: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue with the quality or condition of the product.
- Replacement: We can also replace your order at no additional charge, ensuring you get the BBQ experience you were expecting.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any food items. However, we stand by the quality of our products and will always work to resolve any concerns you may have.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or replacements for the following reasons:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery
- Improper handling or storage of products after delivery
- Orders that are not reported within the 24-hour window after delivery
Shipping Errors or Damaged Items
If your order was damaged during shipping, or if there was an error in your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damage or the incorrect product to process your refund or replacement efficiently.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement request, follow these steps:

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@memphisbrisket.com or call +1 901-599-2900 as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Orders placed after 12 PM (Central Time) on Wednesdays may not be eligible for same-week shipping and could be canceled or delayed until the following week.
