Delivery Areas

We proudly deliver Memphis Brisket nationwide, bringing the authentic taste of slow-smoked BBQ to your door, no matter where you are in the continental United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process and prepare for shipment. We take extra care to package your BBQ to ensure it remains fresh during transit. Orders placed after 12 PM (Central Time) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

Our shipping times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 1-3 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey from our smoker to your table.

Packaging and Freshness

All of our BBQ is vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated packaging with gel packs or dry ice to maintain the ideal temperature. This ensures your brisket and other BBQ items arrive fresh, flavorful, and ready to heat.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, allowing you to review it before completing your order. We often offer free or discounted shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our homepage or sign up for our newsletter for the latest deals.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your delivery and ensure youā€™re ready to receive your BBQ when it arrives.

Shipping Schedule

We currently ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid any weekend delays, ensuring your BBQ arrives as fresh as possible. Orders placed after 12 PM on Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Delivery Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality upon delivery, we recommend someone is available to receive the package when it arrives. Your package will be insulated to keep your food cold for a limited time, but refrigeration is required as soon as possible after delivery.

Address Issues

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Memphis Brisket is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

Weā€™ll work with you to make it right, whether that means replacing the item or offering a refund, depending on the situation.
