  • Reheat in the oven at 225Ā°F for approximately 75 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165Ā°F.

Stovetop:

  • Bring a large pot of water to a simmer.
  • Place the sealed brisket in the water, lowering the temperature to 165Ā°F.
  • Simmer for about 75 minutes until the desired internal temperature is reached.

Immersion Circulator:

  • Set circulator to 185Ā°F, then lower the temperature to 165Ā°F.
  • Place the sealed brisket in the water bath and reheat for about 75 minutes until it reaches the desired internal temperature.

BBQ Sausage (Optional Add-on):

  • Stovetop: Heat sausages in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165Ā°F and the casing is crispy.
  • Grill: Grill over medium heat until the sausage reaches 165Ā°F, ensuring the casing remains intact.
